Frozen Sliced Panissa in bag
Specialty of the Ligurian cuisine that is prepared with chickpea flour just like its ‘sister’ Farinata, but without oil. It is a product very versatile, suitable to many different recipes. The base is simple: chickpea flour, water and salt, once cooked and cooled can be fried and served ina paper cone adding just a pinch of salt, or it can be boiled and served simply with olive oil and lemon, or combined to other flavours as a complement to other dishes.
